• Actively identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned sales territory
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular visits and ongoing support
• Conducting product presentations and demonstrations directly at the customer’s location
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve defined goals
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
• Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and derive targeted optimization measures

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably within air and ocean freight
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving commercial targets
• High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
• Experience in operational freight forwarding is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
