AIT Home Delivery GmbH is seeking an experienced, hands on and strategic HR Business Partner to build and scale our People & Culture offering from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function in a fast-growing organisation, where your impact will be visible from day one.
The HR Business Partner will take full ownership of designing and implementing core HR processes and policies, with a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance. You will set up and manage essential key processes such as time tracking policies, contracts, ensure adherence to local labour laws and act as a trusted partner in labour relations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structures, and is eager to create clarity, efficiency, and scalability across all HR areas. This position reports into the VP Global Home Delivery.

Be accountable for all areas of the employee lifecycle - employee relations, talent retention, engagement, performance management, workforce planning and career development.
Recruit managers and employees and ensure a high-class recruitment process including timely deliver on new hire employment contracts.
Create and implement and manage compliance to HR policies and procedures.
Engage with people leaders regarding company policy, procedures, and workplace issues. Provide coaching and resolution regarding all employee relations issues within the business.
Support in the creation and further development of regulations, manuals, policies, concepts, etc.
Provide counsel to regional leaders in regard to local/country employment law and legislation changes.
Works closely with regional leaders on effective workforce planning, recruitment & selection methods, pipeline development, interviewing methodologies and hiring process.
Oversight of the payroll and time tracking processes to ensure compliance with the Working Time Act.
Building out role related compensation and benefits packages
5-8 years’ experience in HR in a Business Partner or Manager role
HR certification’s a plus but not essential if qualified through experience
Fluency in speaking & writing in German; advanced knowledge of English.
Solid knowledge of country employment laws and safety protocols for Germany; other countries would be beneficial
Strong oral & written communication skills, including the confidence to present, influence and collaborate at the leadership level
Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality projects in a growing environment
Team player that works well with others
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Experience working with applicant tracking and HR systems preferable
