As part of the European HR Team, you will report to the Europe HR Business Partner and will play a crucial role in implementing and communicating the Europe HR Strategy, HR programs and initiatives across all HR disciplines on a Europe level. 

Beside the HR Europe BP you will work closely with the country HR BPs and the HR operations country team to ensure programs and initiatives are communicated and aligned. Additionally, the role includes admin support, preparing reports, assisting with organizational tasks, ensuring an efficient & holistic communication and execution of HR programs throughout the organization.  

• Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. 
• Manage and implement the HR communication plan for the Europe region to align with the HR Europe BP. 
• Responsible for the employee newsletter and all HR related communication across the Europe organization (announcements, Newsletter, HR initiatives).  
• Responsible for the update and the maintenance of the HR Europe SharePoint (upload policies and regulations for all EU countries). 
• Prepare reports on HR programs like performance management, recruitment, D&I, Promotion quote, voluntary hours report etc.  
• Take ownership of Europe employee recognition program, communicate recognition program, align with country Operations team, organize events and meetings, prepare and slides and reports. 
• Collaborate with the country HR team on European organizational tasks, including training and workshop logistics. 
• Prepare HR slides for regular updates and programs.
• Admin tasks like organization, travel arrangements other admin support if needed.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives, take over smaller HR projects for the Europe Region. 

• Commercial Education or Bachelor's Degree preferable in HR or Marketing/Business Administration.
• Experience in similar role with focus on communication and/or admin.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Excellent written communication skills in German and English, content creation. 
• Conceptual skills & high-quality awareness. 
• Accurate, speedy, and independent way of working. 
• High affinity to HR systems and administrative duties. 
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
• Fluent oral and written in German and English is a must.
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset.
• Passionate about People initiatives and communication.
