Übersicht

The HR Operations Specialist will focus on delivering all duties related to teammate lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations and projects.  This position supports the HR Payroll Operations Manager Europe and HRBP and works with the wider European HR Team to ensure compliance, data quality, support to the business and project work.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Manage teammates On- and Offboarding according to the Company’s HR SOPs
  • Manage and maintain employee data within the HRIS system (new hires, promotions, job changes/transfers, rehires and terminations).
  • Manage and maintain Time & Attendance system.
  • Responsible for the update of the HR Europe SharePoint (Policies and regulations for the assigned Countries).
  • Preparation of payroll accounting for Germany and other assigned countries and work closely with the payroll provider.
  • Assist with M&A activity that involves teammate integrations within HR system, including large employee imports of data, new hire paperwork, system logins, PTO set-ups, etc.
  • Monthly HR reporting (headcount/leaver/joiners/changes etc.) as required and maintenance of the assigned countries org charts.
  • HR reporting within Paylocity. Partner with HR functional leaders on reporting needs as required.
  • Deliver training to teammates on functionality for the HRIS system, Time & Attendance system as required.
  • First point of contact on employee relation matters.
  • Provide HR administration, including certificates, references, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, including our data privacy and protection guidelines.
  • Regularly participate and contribute to process improvements.
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects and support to the HRBP and the wider European HR Team.

Qualifikationen

  • A minimum of (3) three years of related HR experience
  • Experience in Payroll administration required
  • Prior experience in HRIS and HR Operations required
  • Knowledge of German labor and social security law required
  • Networked thinking and problem solving techniques
  • Conceptual skills & high quality awareness
  • Accurate, speedy and independent way of working
  • High affinity to numbers, HR systems and administrative duties
  • Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) required
  • Fluent oral and written German and English is a must
  • Additional (major) European languages would be an asset

EDUCATION & TRAINING 

  • Completed commercial education or Bachelor/Master degree

  • Detailed oriented and ability to perform data analysis for purposes of root cause analysis, trend analysis, issue resolution or the like
